To help make your picnic a success,
the Fair can provide:

• A special hospitality tent, table and chairs
• Reduced ticket prices for midway rides when
   arranged in advance
• Beer/wine/soda can be made available in
   your hospitality tent
• Identification bracelets for your picnic
   attendees
• Set-up and cleanup

Catering

You may choose your own caterer. If so, we
will charge the caterer a 17% commission
on all food & beverages sold. Alcohol must be
sold by our vender due to license restrictions.
4H catering services are also available.

Amusement

A Wristband Picnic Special is available for
unlimited amusement rides from noon to 8 pm.
You may choose to have the company cover
this cost, or have the employee pay for them.
