The Waukesha County Fair 2011 - Top Singer Contest

Ian Abrahamson of Waukesha, better known as Ian Ash from
the band Ian & The Dream, was awarded the title of
Waukesha County Fair's Top Singer. Ash won the opportunity
to sing before The Beach Boys on the Miller Lite Main Stage
on Sunday, July 24 and a cash prize of $250. Sabrina Trotter,
of Waukesha, was 1st runner-up and received $100.

Nine talented contestants competed for the title and the judges
had a very difficult decision to make. The music genres presented
in the competition were extremely diverse, from musical theater
and blues to accoustic and pop/rock classics. "I have been
judging these contests for 20 years and by far the Waukesha
County Fair brought out the most talented group I have heard
yet," said Judge Jerry Davis with Jayson Promotions.

By submitting an entry, the participant agrees that their submission becomes the property of the
Waukesha County Fair Association and may be used in whatever manner the Association deems
appropriate and necessary, without further compensation. Furthermore, the individual making the
submission acknowledges he/she is the individual on the submitted video, or he/she has the authority
or expressed permission of the individual on the submitted video to make the submission, and to bind
the individual to the rules contained herein.
