The event is led by meat processing professionals and industry experts\, with real carcasses used for evaluation. \nWho Should Attend:\nAny Waukesha County Fair market livestock youth exhibitor interested in expanding their knowledge about meat quality\, carcass characteristics\, and consumer expectations. \nClinic Credit:\n✔ This clinic counts toward the 2025 educational requirement for all Waukesha County Fair market livestock exhibitors.\n✔ Full attendance is required to receive credit—no exceptions. Attendance will be taken.
