Join the Jefferson County 4-H Dairy Committee for a two-day dairy project learning event!
The activities will simulate exhibiting at the County Fair.
Dairy industry professionals will be present to assist youth throughout the event.
Day Two:
7:00 – 8:30: Morning Chores
8:30 – 9:30: Filling heifers for show day
9:30 – 10:00: Blowing up toplines demonstration.
10:00 – 11:00: Youth blow up toplines on heifers.
11:00- noon: Lunch will be provided.
12:00 – 2:00 pm: Showmanship demonstration and mock show
2:00 pm: Wash out toplines.
