We are excited to share the opportunity to welcome members of your team to volunteer their time, hours, and efforts working to and for the Waukesha County Fair in exchange for an hourly rate donation to the organization of your choosing. Church or school fundraising groups can contact the Fair Office to enquire about current opportunities.
Become a Volunteer
Are you interested in becoming a part of the largest event in Waukesha County? As always, we need volunteers to make this spectacular event a success every year. We use 100+ volunteers to help make our Fair the best five days of July. Many positions are outside and active, but there are plenty of indoor and sit-down options available. Individuals and groups are welcome to volunteer. Please consider giving your time and sharing your talents in one of the follow areas:
- Action Center
- Admissions
- Car Show
- Commercial/Vendors
- Competitive Exhibits (Junior/Open/Senior)
- Entertainment
- Fairest of the Fair
- Grounds
- Livestock/Auction
- Parking
- Picnics
- Special Events
Become an Association Member
If you are interested in helping organize and lead the direction of the oldest county fair in Wisconsin, please join the Waukesha County Fair Association! The Association is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that does not receive any funding from Waukesha County or the City of Waukesha. Complete the membership form and mail it along with your $10 annual dues payment to:

Annual dues paid by August 30 entitle you to have a vote at the Waukesha County Fair’s Annual Meeting on the 4th Monday of October.
